COUNSELLING RATES & TERMS

  1. To secure your session, payment is in advance by BACS bank transfer at the time of booking.

  2. While I aim to accommodate schedule changes, the session is held exclusively for you. Therefore, non-attendance & sessions cancelled within 48-hours of the appointment are charged in full. 

FREE/20 MINUTES

Optional Telephone Introduction 

As I appreciate the importance of finding the right Counsellor & how difficult it can be to take the first steps to seek help, I offer a telephone introduction, which I encourage you to do. This is to help you to get a sense of who I am & for me to see If I have the tools to support you.

£80.00/50 MINUTES

Subsequent Counselling Session

Each session is 50-minutes.

It's difficult to predict how many sessions you will need as every individual is different. We will regularly review this together. You decide the number, frequency & when you want to stop Counselling.

 

A limited number of daytime slots are offered on a sliding scale for those who are unemployed, or on the minimum wage.   (currently full)

£90.00/50 MINUTES   OUT OF HOURS

Early Mornings

An additional £10.00 per session is charged for:​

  • Early mornings - 6.00 am to 9.00 am

  • Please note, I no longer work evenings & weekends. ​​
