I'm based in a discreet location at London Tradition, a Fashion Warehouse with offices for creatives & holistic therapists. On arrival, please press the intercom for Shelley Hart.

Please don't arrive earlier than 5-minutes before your appointment as I may be in session & unable to let you up

Directions:

My practice is a 3-minute walk from the nearest station.  From the Overground:  Turn left exiting the Station, pass new apartment blocks on both sides. Turn right onto Wallis Road & the immediate right into Mainyard, where you will see the iconic Hackney Wick Murals on the buildings. Look for the one with the girl in an orange hat & my practice is behind the blue door as you face her, to her left (London Tradition). Metered parking is also available on Wallis Road, Berkshire Road & surrounding areas. Bicycle stands are available outside the Overground.

Just 20 minutes  from Liverpool Street, a 10-minute walk from London Olympic International Quarter (IQL) & 1 stop on the Overground from Stratford Station that serves the Central Line, Jubilee Line, DLR & South Eastern National Rail Services.
