WHEN/WHERE: You can choose to work with me online or in person at my East London practice in Hackney Wick. My online life coaching and business coaching sessions are ideal for busy professionals, remote workers, and international clients who want accessible support wherever they are in the world.

The number and duration of coaching is tailored to your needs, but to give you an idea, coaching generally involves:
​

• Typically 6 to 8 sessions, optimally 90 minutes each (1-hour and 2-hour sessions are also available).

• Sessions are generally spaced about a month apart, with the option to meet more frequently at the start if helpful.

• To stay flexible, we agree each session as we go, though you’re welcome to choose a regular fixed slot if that suits you better.

• You can work with me from anywhere in the world via online sessions, or in person if you’re London-based.

• If your office is in the City of London, I’m also happy to travel to you (subject to travel time and expenses).

WHAT: We begin by exploring your reasons for seeking coaching and your desired outcomes.  Each subsequent session focuses on the topics you bring that will help you achieve your goal by reviewing options, overcoming obstacles, and building confidence and commitment to change. To ensure we stay on track, I regularly request feedback throughout the process.
