RATES & TERMS

  1. To secure your session, payment is in advance by BACS bank transfer at the time of booking.

  2. Please note: dates are provisionally reserved & released after 24 hours & made available for other clients.

  3. While I aim to accommodate schedule changes, the session is held exclusively for you. Therefore, non-attendance & sessions cancelled within 48-hours of the appointment are charged in full. 

FREE/20 MINUTES

Optional Telephone Introduction

As I appreciate the importance of finding the right Counsellor & how difficult it can be to take the first steps to seek help, I offer a telephone introduction. This is to help you to get a sense of who I am & for me to see If I have the tools to support you.

£75.00/60 MINUTES

Initial Consultation - offered instead of free intro

This extended first session is instead of an intro. It allows me to answer your questions & capture the history of your concerns. You don't need to decide immediately if you want to book more sessions; I encourage you to consider whether I am the right therapist for you. Equally, If I think another therapist would be a better fit, I will advise you of this. 

£75.00/50 MINUTES

Subsequent Counselling Session

Each session is 50-minutes.

It's difficult to predict how many sessions you will need as every individual is different. We will regularly review this together. You decide the number, frequency & when you want to stop Counselling.

£85.00/50 MINUTES OUT OF HOURS

Early Mornings, Evenings & Saturday's

An additional *£10.00 per session is charged for:

  • Early mornings - 7.00 am to 9.00 am

  • Evenings - 5.00 pm onwards

  • Saturday's - daytime only
