Business &
Leadership Coaching

Leadership is more than a job title

As your responsibility grows, so does what’s asked of you. More decisions to make, more people relying on you, and often less space to step back and think.

Coaching gives you that space — to think clearly, explore possibilities, trust your judgement and keep developing as a leader.

Better leadership isn’t just about what you do. It’s about how you think, how you relate to others and how you bring out the best in the people around you.

The quality of your thinking shapes the quality of your leadership.

Dean Chisholm

Operations Director

Working with Shelley has been one of the most valuable investments I’ve made in my leadership development. At a time when I was navigating a complex and demanding leadership role, Shelley gave me the space to reflect, challenge my thinking and better understand how I lead under pressure. Her calm, thoughtful approach created an environment where I felt both supported and encouraged to step outside my comfort zone. Through our coaching, I developed greater self-awareness, learned to trust my instincts and became more confident and decisive in my leadership. Perhaps most importantly, Shelley helped me gain the clarity to recognise what I truly needed from my career, giving me the confidence to make a significant professional change that has had a lasting positive impact. Shelley has an incredible ability to listen deeply, ask insightful questions and help you uncover solutions that feel authentic and sustainable. I would wholeheartedly recommend her to any leader looking to grow in confidence, navigate change or lead with greater clarity and purpose.

The quality of your thinking shapes the quality of your leadership

Could This be where you are now?

Often the hardest part of leadership isn’t making the decision — it’s carrying the responsibility for what happens next.

You might be thinking...

My role is changing & I need to step up

promotion, change & responsibility

I know I need to have a difficult conversation

Confidence & communication

Everyone's looking to me for the answers

Delegation & Letting Go

I need to make a decision but the way forward isn't obvious

clarity & judgement

How will my decision impact the people around me?

Coaching that goes deeper

Knowing what to do isn’t always the same as being able to do it.

You can understand what good leadership looks like, know the changes you want to make and still find yourself falling into familiar unhelpful patterns.

That’s because how we lead isn’t shaped by knowledge and skills alone. Our experiences, beliefs and assumptions also influence how we make decisions, respond under pressure and relate to others.

My training and experience as an Integrative Psychotherapeutic Counsellor give me the skills to explore these underlying patterns with you, when it’s useful. We can look beyond the immediate challenge to understand what’s shaping your responses, while keeping our work firmly focused on your coaching goals.

Sometimes a different perspective is enough. Other times, understanding what’s happening beneath the surface can help you have the conversation you’ve been avoiding, delegate without taking everything back or make a decision without constantly second-guessing yourself.

If we only focus on what you need to do differently, we may miss what’s getting in the way.

The value isn’t simply understanding yourself better. It’s being able to do something differently because of that understanding.

leaders I work with

The leaders I work with are rarely lacking capability.

Leadership coaching isn’t about fixing what’s wrong. It’s about becoming better at what you already do — thinking more strategically, communicating effectively, trusting others and understanding your impact.

Leadership can also be isolating. The more responsibility you carry, the fewer places there may be to think out loud without having to manage the impact on someone else.

I won’t offer quick answers or ready-made solutions. I’ll listen carefully, ask the questions that matter and thoughtfully challenge your thinking when it’s useful.

Because better thinking leads to better judgement. And better judgement shapes better leadership.

A little about me

Before becoming a coach, I spent over 20 years in business, leading teams, delivering organisational change and developing people within global organisations.

I know leadership doesn’t happen in theory.

It happens in meetings, difficult conversations, competing priorities, organisational politics and imperfect decisions.

Today I combine that experience with thousands of hours of one-to-one coaching and therapy, alongside EMCC Senior Practitioner accreditation, working with leaders navigating complex organisational challenges.

online leadership coaching

I work with professionals and leaders across the UK and internationally through online leadership coaching, as well as offering in-person coaching in London.

Online gives you the flexibility to work with the right coach, wherever you’re based.

No obligation, just a chat.
